Definition:
Sacrifice means near or close to, sacrifice is the slaughter of livestock on the day of Eid al-Adha and the day Tasyriq in order to become closer to Allah swt for the coming feast. In the science of fiqh, qurban called udlhiyah (slaughtered cattle at Duha).
Animals are allowed to sacrifice:
According to some scholars ijma cattle are allowed to sacrifice were: camels, cows and goats.
Terms of sacrifice:
requirements that are required in the implementation of sacrifice among others:.
a. Islam
b.Baligh
c. rational
d. Able to provide livestock
e. Slaughtered at a specified time (Eid al-Adha feast days and days tasyrik)
f. Farm animals are sacrificed to be qualified; no defect such as a limp, cut or torn ears, tail erpotong, blind eye, ataupatah horns. Not the animals who are sick, skinny, toothless teeth, and parents do not bersum sum
g. Animals to be slaughtered has reached the age;
+ Goat or sheep aged 1 (one) year or more or who has shifted gears,
+ Beef has aged 2 (two) years or more
Camels have been outstanding + 5 (five) years or more.
The law of sacrifice:
The first: obligatory sacrifice for those who have Rizqi spaciousness. This opinion is based on the hadith.
Second: mu''akkad Sunnah (stressed). This opinion of the scholars'' such as Malik, Shafi''i, Ahmad, Ibn Hazm, etc..
