This research
problem formulation, "how influence of credit-PD BPR BKK Talang Tegal on
the increase of small traders operating in Tegal regency'. The purpose of this
study was to investigate the influence of loans granted by PD BPR-BKK Talang
Tegal of small traders.
The Primary of data
was obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire study. Total
population 800 as for the sample amounted to 100 respondents (between 10 sd.
15% of the population). Multivariate analysis of data using Spearman rank
correlation, t test and coefficient of determination.
The Results of this research showed that the
relationship between variables X (lending) and variable Y (small traders
business improvement) in PD.BPR-Talang Kabupaten Tegal based data analysis
applying Spearman Rank correlation r = 0.672 means that the level of
relationship between two variables is strong and positive. Because t count>
t table which is 4,257 > 1.984 then Ho is rejected, which means that lending
significantly affect the small traders in the business improvement PD.BPR-BKK
Talang Tegal.
The Determination
(r ²) = 46.60%, this may imply that the variance that occurred in lending
variable (y) 46.60% determined by small traders business improvement variable
(x). The Effect of granting loans to small traders business improvement is 46.60%.
While the remaining 53.40% is determined by other factors not examined.
The principal
problem of research is' What factors that influence professionalism of the land
deed in providing services in the District Suradadi Tegal regency? The purpose
of this study to determine (a) Services in the District Land Deed Suradadi
Tegal regency, (b) Professionalism officials at the district level and at
village level, (c) Factors that affect preofesionalisme officials in providing
services in the District Land Deed Suradadi Tegal.
Type a
descriptive research and non-hypothesis, that is described by describing the
data in a narrative about the professionalism of the district in improving the
service on the deed of land in the district Suradadi Tegal regency. Research
undertaken in Region Sub Suradadi for 4 four months, the focus of research
professionalism of the subdistrict and village levels to improve service on the
deed of land in the district Suradadi Tegal regency. Primary data obtained from
informants, among others (1) Head Tegal District Land Office and its related
staff, (2) District Head Suradadi and related staff, (3) Village officials and
community leaders through interviews, and recorded through written notes. The
collection of data by: (1) through an authorized person information, (2)
through interviews. Validity of data include the use of triangulation and other
observers for the purpose of re-checking the degree of confidence in the data
in order to reduce bias in data collection. Analysis of the data used is the
model of interaction analysis in which the components of data reduction and
presentation of data is done simultaneously with data collection process.
Professionalism
of the theoretical apparatus is the ability, expertise or skills possessed by
the apparatus in a given field who practiced in such a way in a relatively long
period so as to perform the job well and his work has a high value, recognized,
and accepted by society. As for practical, professionalism has not relied upon
by the authorities in carrying out the work / tasks related to service the land
deed. Service land deed done directly by an officer or employee group linked
through systems, procedures and specific methods in order to attempt to meet
the needs of others in accordance with their rights on the land deed. But in
practice, officials at district Suradadi including the village in providing
optimal care in the sense not to give satisfaction to those who need the
service the land deed. Factors that affect the professionalism of officers,
among others, the ability to understand the rules, responsibilities, attitudes,
and ethics compliance officer as well as behavior in the task forces, as well
as educational background is still dominant, so that services in general deed
of land in the district Suradadi professional and yet there has not been
standard or benchmark for the success of land deed ministry.
