If given the chance to have
education on this years generation i would gladly choose to be counted on this batch of learners (1800) than todays era of education which the system becomes poorer. I''ve encountered many college students this days that cannot construct a correct grammar on the pages of any applications they are submitting looking for a job.
Its sad to note that the quantity and values of Education has becoming low in standard.
The younger generation are into latest technologies which makes them dependent on the quick access of information than browsing a book on the shelves and using thier minds to fully understand and stores in thier conscious and subconscious minds registering all information that will contribute to one''s knowledge.
I remember how our grandparents described how it was during this school days, heres an excerpts of thier examinations on the 1800s era:
8th Grade Final Exam: Salina, KS - 1895 Grammar (Time, one hour) 1. Give nine

Notice that the exam took FIVE HOURS to complete. Gives the saying "he only had an 8th grade education" a whole new meaning, doesn''t it?! Also shows you how poor our education system has become! and, NO! I don''t have the answers!
