The line currently followed has origin in the old Greeks (Empédocles – 450. C.); in the reality, never it was broken. This line defends the existence of deep linkings between the body and the mind. Century XIX has authors since the Renaissance until the o (Robert Burton, Charles Darwin, etc.) that they adoptaram it. It was dimmed during some time for the school of Alfred Binet, " father " of the QI tests; it now came back to gain new breath with actuais research, between which of the Portuguese scientist António Damásio. Concepts and beddings of the Emotional Intelligence In contrast of the intelligence considered in the académica perspective abstracto –, understands – if today that " is necessary to also integrate in the concept of " intelligence the
emotions, and the capacity and ability to control them and to use our favor. In the emotions, it considers – if the fear, the anger, the depression, the empatia, the optimismo and the pessimism, and many others, positive and negative. This integrated vision has as

The physiological base for this functioning seats then in the existence of these three systems, and in the complex relationship between them through chemical components, hormonas and neurotransmitters. The ability and the abilities to control them and to use depend on intrinsic and extrinsic factors, as the physical constitution of the people, the existence or of not determined elements, the education transmitted for the family and external school, and too much influences. Conclusion This book of – in the one clear vision on the new concepts of " intelligence ", supplies – in the tracks to improve the abilities of auto control and to influence the environment our favor. In short, it can more make – in the people best, happyer and carried through.
