The ultimate mind

Article Summary by: Anonymous

Original Author: kiran bilal
Reaching out in a crowded world can be difficult for many. Some people have the ability to accomodate themselves in tiny
spaces, and somehow, continue to live their lives that way. Being able to understand the concept of life is not something that can be understood by all,it takes time, effort and not to forget that it also needs the will power for you to be able to get up and say "Its my time to take charge".
There are people who find that life is a turmoil, a twister and remain in it till they let go of taht want to get out and when they do find that opening they realise that they are so tired of fighting to get free that they just let life be whatever its heading for, and then theres those who ,eventhough realise that like is a twister, fight to the end ,fight to find a way out,but not just anyway out, a better way out so that when the turmoil is over and the twister has stopped turning they too can start new and come out with maybe just a bruise or two.
Concentrating on the bigger picture is what life is all about. Its easier said than done, thats true, but once you realise that even though its tough IT IS POSSIBLE! life will mean more than just waking up and spending your hours in a place you feel you dont fit in.
I believe it would be easier to understand this paragraph if the reader has been in a similar situation. Tke for example a person who has been through a divorce, seperation even the death of a loved one, all of these are turmoils and nothing less, such a person reaches a state of depression, they''re upset, the dont eat, or sleep or function properly in society and life starts take a turn towards a darker place  a place where there is no hope, no turning back. There will come a point when a depressed person will begin to feel that the misery they are living in is their "safe place", they will feel secure and content will that feeling and if ever there might be a chance to pull out of that area, to a better place, a feeling of insecurity will envalope them within itself and hold them back. dislike for food, abusing one''s self, will all become comforting.
It is not guaranteed that every human mind can handle the circumstances it is dealt with and so we cannot say for sure what the future holds for everyone in such circumstances, but, all i would like to conclude is that it is better to take precautions than an antidote, take care of yourselves and your emotions before they reach a darker place from where turning back might be not difficult, but impossible.
                           Thank you.....
