Conclusion
The psychologist as a professional must understand that a job will only be positive if there is interaction between the parties, the communication can not be unilateral, where only one "makes" the other "absorbs", we must learn to listen and learn because we are not holders of all the know, the world is in constant change and learning and also with psychology as it is part of the world, the novelty.
According Zanelli (1994) the psychologist only recently expanded its functions, yet still finds resistance from the employer and the organization; believe that the psychologist will be modifying the working environment and can move new concepts and knowledge of officials regarding company and their rights.

The psychologist should be a professional to contribute to an employer-employee relationship as well as possible.
