The sexual
aggression is connected with the sexual desire of the author. The certain thing in which to a large extent of
this type of crimes not a clearly identifiable sexual objective appears, but yes a humiliation of sexual content toward the woman.
The fundamental component of the violation is not the sex, but the hostility /to be able toward the victim (Star
Average). The women that are violets cause it upon dressing of provocative form, upon frequenting dangerous places or upon walking alone in the street. This myth is one of the most dangerous, since assigns the responsibility of the violation to the victim in place from to the violator.

The sexual delinquents repeat more than the common delinquents. Really the recidivism is equal or smaller, but the social repercussion of the committed acts by recidivists is inflated for the social media. Inside the collective police and even of other professionals (mental health, social services. ..) exists the conviction of the occasional/opportunistic violator as a person that does not be used to repeating the aggressions (Soria, Hernández, 1994).
The victim should be resisted physically. That is not thus, and just like in the remainder of the crimes, the victim appears clerk and submissive the majority of times. Socially, to the victim itself a sexual

The sexual aggressions are produced among unknown people previously. This myth encloses a conception of the woman as sexual object and a great contempt toward the dignity, the integrity and the liberty of the women. Nevertheless, when a woman says does NOT he mean NOT and any person has the right of violentarla (Star Average). The violations always happen in separated and dark places. The certain thing is that although a great part of them they are in this type of places, also they are produced in the most various places and hours (Star Average).
