People who consume around 2 000 calories a day can make two meals of 300 calories each, and another larger, up to 800 and the tea can have up to 250 calories. Stresses the recommendation to see if the food being consumed does not contain saturated fats, trans fats, simple sugar, invert sugar and wheat flour enriched, since the fat can stimulate inflammatory processes in the liver, forcing the production of harmful substances such as the cholesterol. Also, make the liver is less sensitive to insulin, increasing the risk of diabetes. The same happens with the sugars listed because they stimulate production of insulin, increasing the deposition of body fat. Emphasizes that the Brazilians eat very fatty meat, which is wrong, and rice in excess, since little is consumed the whole rice, which contains more fiber, keeping longer in the intestine and reducing absorption of sugar by the body . Remember, however, that the Brazilians have a great advantage in their food: they have available a huge variety of wonderful fruits and vegetables for reasonable price. Shows the importance of drinking much liquid during the day, especially water and green tea, to sleep at least seven hours per night, because during sleep is produced the growth hormone, essential even for those who is already adult (extends the youth), to walk half an hour a day and practice exercises that make sweat at least three times a week. Meditation done for five minutes every day, and very healthy, is that each individual rethink about themselves and their attitudes, which promotes the strengthening of relationships with people nearby, and provides a failure of justice. Instead of judging others, you better take care of itself. Any kind of conflict brings something positive, but it is exhausting. As for dinner, recommended to be performed at least three hours before sleeping, because sleeping after a meal, it facilitates the accumulation of fat, especially in the waist, and impair sleep. Returning to talk about the exercise, shows that those who are moderate or intense, they sweat and, therefore, have benefits. But do not disregard the gentle exercises and low impact, saying that even walking moves large muscles such as the thighs and hips, which consume much energy. As the muscle is greater calorie expenditure during exercise, the burning of calories increases. Only recommends the use of vitamin supplements when the body needs them and not be able to capture them via ordinary food. Emphasized, however that certain vitamins can improve the quality of life and longevity, such as A, B, C, D and E, plus calcium, magnesium, selenium and zinc. Vitamin D is important because it prevents cancer and osteoporosis.
