Work all the time makes human dullish and not happy
According to a
study published in 21/6/2009 that works all the time and the lack of time to play or recreation prevent human-to-person dull and unhappy.
The study, conducted in Singapore where he was the
harmony between work and life better as the result was positive in all aspects of life.
The
results published by the newspaper "The Straits Times" said Singapore had got of 64 in which the index represents the number of non-zero and a compatibility of 100 while the figure represents the maximum degree of harmony.
The study included 1601 people and was 7 of every 10 persons have achieved the results of high satisfaction with their lives while the other three, who their results were lower than dissatisfaction with their lives.
The people who have achieved results to the high sense of internal peace and enjoyment of physical and mental health were good.
They also expressed that their satisfaction with their families, which reflected the good relations with their spouses or their spouses and their children.
The National Family Council and the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports, ordered to make a study to provide a basis from which to track progress being made in order to achieve harmony between work and life.
