Researcher''s specialists in the field of sleeping children recommended that it is important for children''s sleep away from their parents in early childhood as this may have a positive reflection of their health in the future.
At a time in which the methods of dealing with children is a point of contention between parents, and what is desirable and what is not always appear to show that they believe their children and provide them the best means of answering all the desires to sleep with them in the same room or even on the same bed.
According to Specialized study that children sleep in their rooms away from the parents, not only improves mood and behavior of the child during the day, but a positive impact on their health and their future, boys who do not sleep are at risk of overweight, and emotional and behavioral difficulties.
The study, published in the magazine "Time" of America, a question that could be where the line between what is considered a demonstration of a child in sleep, sleep and unhealthy?

Mendel in her the study was collecting information on sleep about 30 thousand children as young as three years, in 17 countries including the United States of America, Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, China, Thailand, Malaysia and Japan.
Mendel found that 12% of parents in the United States and most countries of the Caucasus are their sons sleep in the bed, and 22% share in the bedroom. But in Asia the figure was higher, as results showed that 65 per cent of the parents involved with their children and the family 87 per cent share in the same room.
The researcher found that children who sleep alone are the best times of sleep, also found that Asian children sleep less, and that those who sleep in separate rooms or separate family sleep better.
