In order to know whether you are happy or not, we must see the signs of a happy one:

The solution is by accepting yourself and make positive changes. If you can not do it, it is enough by accepting yourself since thing that decrease your happiness is judging yourself based on people''s judgment.
if you feel them rarely, it means, you are still far away from happiness. You are criticize yourself. It is true that we, sometimes, criticize and judge ourselves too hard or negatively. Criticizing ourselves is good as long as we don not stop there. Criticism should be used as a tool to improve ourselves that life becomes better.
