As I am an expert in setting up and writing the quiz programme at work, I often take time out to do the quiz online and I always get a Top Score, a ten out of ten and its good to have one's knowledge affirmed but I never win the prizes as that's a different kettle of fish. In order to win the prizes one has to submit personal data to the website and then one will be pestered forever making it a police call to stop unwanted phone calls or an another expensive visit of the Computer Expert The Engineer to stop the computer hacker or much worse the spam can get worse instead of better. So all we can manage to do is get the right answers but in order to win we are expected to give out absolutely every bit of information we possess including one's Club Membership address and that of course is where Our Manager draws the line and finally, Our Manager emailed to confirm I had won the Quiz at my Club. That's last Christmas and my prize was an exciting collection of Books of Poetry written by members of the London Poetry Society plus a series of large and small poetry postcards which I dutiffully posted to all my friends and colleagues and family and as a result I received ONE invitation to go out to write from Family in Denmark this month of September ... as a result of such promotional work here in the South and in London! Great work demands all our time not just a portion of it ...
