June 10, 2010 was the moment when the 37th volume of the Dictionary of the Romanian Language came out, work started more than 100 years ago at the initiative of Carol I. He continued to support this huge writing, in 1905 being undertaken by Sextil Puscariu and after 1950 by an academic supervision.
King Mihai I was present at the event of the Romanian Academy, showing this way the continuity of the preoccupation of the Royal House of Romania for the fate of the Romanian culture, contrasting with the attitude of the present Romanian leaders who ignored this memorable presentation.
The Dictionary is a monumental realization of inestimable national and international value.
