Yahoo Lifestyle have blogged an exciting new honour bestowed on 85 years old chef Paul Bocuse which is "Chef of the Century". - this great honour has been conferred on Becose by a leading American
Cooking School. Even though Becose confesses to globe trotting nevertheless Paul Becose still lives in the house in which he was born which is an extraordinary achievement as so many people drift about the world like nomadic tribes it's refreshing to read such an involving account of the Chef of the Century and to support his great honour recently awarded. Becose's jokes - "Nothing on the plate - everything on the bill!". Yahoo Lifestyle makes the point that Becose is eager to accept this honour he has been awarded, and - gathering with friends to select, "marche du jour" (fresh produce" is his strength not his weakness.
