Britain: The Doomed Ship: Exclusive Poster; 1OO years ago the Daily Express reported on the sinking
of the luxury liner. Today the Daily Express reproduces ... historic front page of 1912 for we, readers,
to keep as a souvenir.

April 1O: Passengers board ship at Southampton: Titanic sets sail - her maiden voyage begins: At Cherbourg France she collects more passengers:
April: 11: Docks at Queenstown Country Cork (now Cobh) where more passengers board:
April 12 & 13: Sails through calm waters:
April 14: Throughout course of the day seven iceberg warnings are received: Lookout Frederick Fleet spots an iceberg dead ahead: Iceberg strikes Titanic on starboard side of her bow: Water pours in and rises 14 ft at front of ship: Captain Edward Smith is told ship can stay afloat for a couple of hours: He gives the order to radio for help.
