Extra Virginitythe Subline and Scandalous of Olive Oil

Book Summary   by:MaryCassells     Original Author: Tom Mueller
ª

The book could possibly be interesting.I didn't know olive oil could be virgin.I didn't know there were levels.

If I wentto a party I wouldbe lost.

This book is about the production of olive oil It starts off with the farms in Italy. There are colored photos..It seems as though the production of olive is as large a production as the production of wine. People have been growing olives for centuries. These days it is hard to make a profit.

Italy is probably one of the places in the world where olives grow. grow.

There is a prologue, seven chapters and an epilogue. The epilogue is a section on mythologies.

There is an appendix about choosing a good oil. A chef may use oil into a dressing for a salad. A chef may use olive oil
as a marinate.

The book is a hard copy. .

I think of olive oil as something people use for gourmet cooking.Olive oil is very good for a person.

Unfortunately there are no recipes in the book. However the writer talks about the history of using olive oil.

Good people and bad people are involved in all parts of the production. The writer talks about one family.

The book is very easy to read.

I only got through half of the book. The pictures were quite interesting.
