The daffodils are a month late! Wordsworth will turn in his grave! I am glad he doesnt know!
/ten thousand saw I at a glance/ this was my favourite recitation poem at school and even in times past I still reflect in the splendour of the daffodil in the countryside in which I reside and was raised!

Tessa Jowell must quit! Everyone must quit! Or so it seems! Yet if she is to do her job in our EU Countries surely there is nothing wrong with accepting a gift from Silvio Berlusconi the Prime Minister of Italy! After all, Silvio is a very rich man and he can afford it! I assume
Tessa Jowell needs the money to pay the mortgage! Or better still, in order to get the mortgage she has to make a down payment on her now existing property which far exceeds that of her earnings or her husband's salary, so where is a lady to turn other than a wonderfully romantic good looking rich man! I think Blair is jealous! For all his skills, he doesnt have the good lucks and charm of Berlusconi! Everyone loves an Italian at sometime or other!

Garry Gillter is featured prominently in The Daily Express: he has been convicted in Vietnam for sex crimes against childen as young as 10! He will have to spend 3 years in a Vietnamese jail and then they will deport him back to Britain! It seems a sad end to an otherwise
glittering career - forgive the pun!

Charles and Camilla are under the Royal News Section and there is a photograph of Her Majesty The Queen of England/Elizabeth wearing a coat with a fur trim! Apparently the Daily Express reporter is not sure whether or not is it /real/ fur or /fake/ the article does explain quite a lot about the Royal Family and its dress designers: apparently the recent wedding of HRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall still excites the readership! Camilla's airforce blue frock coat is by Roy Allen and like most of her generation she obviously loves
CHANEL! Myself, I adore Chanel! Once upon a time my ex bought me a Chanel Coat! I felt like a million dollars (well! EURO DOLLARS): Camilla ... is accused of a mismatch .. of
accessories including a Chanel handback, Presumably they wanted her to have an
airforce blue canvas holdall instead! I think its frightfully chic - the Chanel Handbag whether they regard it as mismatch or not!

Sir Paul McCartney seems to have lost direction and is pursuing a campaign about
seals! He married a second time a woman much younger than he is! I gather he is Sixty Something! There is a photo of him and his current wife in the Daily Express: He wants to see an end to the cull of seals in Canada! Its all very well this sort of sentimentality but what about nature taking its course! Nature will call the shots in the end I fear - not Sir Paul McCartney former member of the Pop Group BEATLES!

Scandals! Where were you when the scandals of Christine Keeler rocked the world:
Christine Keeler betwitched John Profumo by a pool! I was working in London just around the corner from all of this Scandal! More scandal:read: Stately Passions, The Scandals of Britain's Great Houses by Jamie Douglas-Home : price ¢20: published by: Michael O'Mara

Sheridan Morley the Critic writes : about the latest work by Jeremy Irons and
Patrick Malahide: Embers is about the dying of flames and all that survives when all thats left are ashes:: In the end IT is known as an /Irons Evening/ --- excellent stuff
