Sir Tom Jones - is congratulated on received a knighthood in London yesterday from Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth of England!
He is a very popular performer here in the UK and Overseas - he is reported as
/mobbed/ -- Sir Tom Jones is 65! It seems that his age is as important as his
achievements!
Flicking on through the pages of the Daily Mail the eye is drawn to the Royal Couple/again they are both 50 somethings and the Duchess of Cornwall is sporting a beige hat which looks wonderfully chic! There are a number of other pictures of them but I was drawn to the hat! Reminds me of my own wardrobe a few decades ago!
Jack Straw is granting visa applications on a daily basis - this is seen as a great trial but then Britain has been referred long ago as a tolerant counry - In fact I am tolerant person and I put up with a lot these days particularly the queuing for buses - but then if I get fed up or bored I don my walking boots and get there on time on foot!
The Deputy PM John Prescott never ceases to amaze me/according to rumour he failed the 11 plus as a school boy ... but these days he owns everything in sight, as many houses, his own pension pay cheque and has a book deal worth ... on his forthcoming book! Hasnt he done well!

Mr Blair it is reported caught the non stop jet from London to Australia and is now pictured in Auckland involved in a traditional Maori nose rubbing greeting with a school nanny! Its just as well he's out there and not in America/they would think he was up to monkey business - what a lot of tosh it all is!
