A leader who is visionary must delegate, but surely not to relegate.For example, Adam and Eve were thrown out of the Garden of Eden by God and never to return,following their disobedience. This means that leaders should delegate but not relegate.
Style
A leader should be plain,understood and show the led that nobody, including himself is not indispensable. Above all, leaders should build a monumental examplary beacon.
Legacy
The legacy that the world class conglomerates have given to their followers is by equipping them and then serving as supervisory leaders.This is why they outlive their founding fathers.
Leadership, Inspiration And Prayer
