Indian Politics-Problems and its Solution
Politics in India means intense corruption. This is a continuation of my article, ‘India and its Politicians’. In it I had mentioned about the famous and controversial movie, ‘Rang De Basanti’ by the bold and the revolutionary director, Mr. Rakeysh OmPrakash Mehra. Hats off to you, Sir! The movie is dedicated to the Air Force pilots of India who have lived and died for their country. But the politicians have played with them by making them fly aircrafts, which were safe to be flown.
The movie depicts the ancient freedom movement of India and the spirit with which our great sacrificing freedom fighters fought for India, against the British. With continuous suppression and shame, there came a point in history, when the Indians rose against the British to pay them back in their own shoes. The 1st such event was the 1857 revolt, which started off in Lucknow, when a train carrying British weapons was looted by a group of friends (later became freedom fighters) who got united to bring India on the world map as a free nation. In the movie, the pre-independence vigor of these fighters is portrayed to awaken the youth of today. The purpose is to light the hidden fire, which resides inside all of that and us opens our minds and hearts. We also need to free present India from the parasitic politicians.
It is very easy for the youth of today to simply sit and criticize the system and not do anything about it. At least, we can start thinking on the line of how to solve this problem. Once a solution means, half the problem solved. We just cannot stay idle, like one of the movie character does, but€T NOW!
I am a patriot of India, who has a lot of interest in the freedom struggle of India. I have thought of some solutions to solve the problems Indian Politics faces today. At least, I feel something can be done, and only we have to act.
Some of the solutions are as:
Educated Party of India: A party by this name should be formed by the youth of India. These may include the educated graduates passing out of some of the premier institutes of the country such as IIT and IIM. Today the youth of India is very ambitious and due to the political scenario we see a lot of their brain drain to foreign lands. They must stop this and start thinking of living in India for India. A sect of such people must come out and with the support of all (which they would definitely get) form such a party and one day reach the majority and finally rule India to TRUE FREEDOM.
The Youth of today has to awaken their dead spirits. They should watch such movies and let a fire live in themselves. Then only can do something for their nation just as our freedom strugglers did for India and achieved success. With feelings like this, youngsters join the Defence services. More is to be done!
Sacrifices have to be done, which are happening in the country all over. Examples are the deaths of Late Mrs. Meher Bhargava, who succumbed to death on 25.3.06 finally after fighting against the system. The other incident is the death if Jessica Lal in Delhi years ago and her murderers are all set free and living, this year. What is all this! But their sacrifices have not gone waste. People around have started small revolutions. Good!
India needs a dictator like Hitler. GOD, save the country.
