Many people have wrong opinion that the best sport to lose fat effectively are the sports with high intensity and make lots of sweat like running, riding bicycle with high speed or playing badminton for long time.
The truth is the opposite, it means that the best sport to lose fat efectively are sports with low intensity in long duration, said dr. Samuel Oetoro M.S SpGK in Jakarta.
The best are to walk on foot at leat 30 minutes and more or to swim slowly at least 30 minutes and more, to have good result will be better to doing it regulary and more than 30 minutes.
Why? because when we are moving our body, the body loosing energy from glukosa and carbohidrate in bloods and reserve of sugar in the muscle and liver. This reseve will be end if we are moving or making sport in 30 minutes.
So, if we are doing sport with low intensity more than 30 minutes, most possible is taking energy from another reserve (fat).
The fat can't supplies because his metabolism is slow. So, the diet progame will not effective with combination of hard sports.
Why? because the hard sport or sports with high intensity don't burning fat but the protein from muscle will be burn. When we are making hard sport the body will take energy from constant and fast reserve and only from protein and not fat.
