The company has had substantial growth in service sector is evident that development sector has lagged behind in iots task performance. Mr CEO also attributes slow growth to attrition problem. Attrition is not a problem in the industry if viewed in right spirit. Only when a performer employee walks out of the organisation shall it be considered as a problem. the more employees are retained for a longer time they become non performing liabilities than assets. It is often seen that the companies view this as a problem. this gives an opportunity for organisation to opt for better performance driven employees.
