Hasri Ainun Habibie or more popular with Ainun Habibie has the original name Hasri Ainun Besari. Ainun is the fourth child of eight children of parents named H. Mohammad Besari. He was born in Semarang, Central Java on August 11, 1937.
Ainun completing basic education in Bandung. He continued his education at the junior and senior high school who was also in the same city. After completing his high school education, he tries to stop them to Jakarta for elanjutkan education. Ainun take the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Indonesia, Jakarta. He graduated as a doctor in 1961.
Armed with a diploma of medicine from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, Habibie Ainun accepted to work in hospitals Cipto Mangunkusumo. In RSCM Ainun work in the care of children. The first impression with this work indirectly make Ainun highly attention to the condition of children throughout his life. While working there he lived in a dormitory at the back of the RSCM, precisely on Jalan Kimia, Jakarta. He worked at the hospital only a year, until the year 1962. After marrying in 1962, Habibie was also, he had to leave work as a pediatrician, went with her husband went to Germany to complete her education.
Ainun edited by BJ Habibie as his wife on May 12, 1962. From this marriage they were blessed with two sons; llham Akbar and Thareq Kemal and six grandchildren.
After marrying Ainun Habibie, who must be involved with completing his doctoral education in Germany. Early life there through with a tremendous struggle. At least he should be patient with a very small income from scholarships Habibie. But with perseverance and patience he remained with Habibie. Even to save his own sewing clothes the baby needs. And there she conceived her two sons, give birth and mebesarkannya.
Ainun is a mother who is very responsible in mebesarkan children. Since childhood he get children to develop their own personalities. He delivered the children to ask questions about things that do not know. And Ainun will give an answer if he can or he will ask if you are not able to Habibie. This is of course because he was aware that children must be built from childhood curiosity and creativity.
On May 23, 1998 Ainun to become the First Lady after B. J. Habibie was sworn in as president of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia, which country the third to replace President Suharto who resigned because of pressure at the beginning of the reform community.
During the first lady Ainun show dedication and devotion to her husband and the country as well. Corpulent people who feel in awe even wonder how Ainun in usinya that no longer has the energy and stamina of youth that seemed never exhausted in the rhythm of work Habibie. We know in 1999 I became president of Indonesia in his chaotic keadan. Ainun have a great concern in social activities. He founded and was involved in several foundations, such as the Bank's eyes to blind the eyes of trustees. He even still be the Chairman of Trustees Eye Blind Association of Indonesia (PPMTI) when Habibie was no longer come a Officer. In an effort to introduce and enhance science and technology to society Indoensia, Ainun served as Vice Chairman of the Board Founder of Human Resources Science and Technology Foundation, In addition he founded Orbit Scholarship Foundation (charitable foundation eternal integrated guidance-parent) with branches all over Indonesia. Ainun also initiated the publication of children's technology magazine Orbit. Especially for Aceh, Aceh in turmoil during the 2000s, Ainun entered scholarships specifically for students ORBIT Aceh.
He also recorded a bunch of great achievements during his life. On these contributions, the highest award Ainun get some mahaputra stars. The award was given by the government as a reward to citizens who are considered to have a big role against the state. Among other things he was awarded Adipurna Mahaputra Star, also Mahaputera President on August 12, 1982 and Adipradana Mahaputra Star on August 6, 1998. For this reason Ainun Habibie also buried at the Heroes Cemetery Kalibata Jakarta.
A dedication is no less important in relation to the visually impaired is Ainun hope that the government should provide more flexibility and recommend rules to implement the donor eye.
