In this article it has been declared that Michael Jackson’s father ,Joe Jackson has refiled a wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray.The lawsuit also names Applied Pharmacy Services for selling Murray anesthetic propofol which might be the major cause of Jackson’s demise. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages against Dr. Murray.The lawsuit claims that Murray spent 47 minutes on the phone while Jackson was dying on June 25,2009.It has been already ruled that Michael’s death a homicide.Regarding all this matters,now father Jackson demands damages for his son’s life.
