Update: We've been using this service for several months. What we are finding is that little is known DVDs come to us in perfect condition, but well known "use" those who do not. More than once (many times, in fact, even yesterday evening.) We have seen a movie DVD quality. It got stuck in a scene or fast forward jumping over the scenes. I'm sending this to the company and will update this review over time. Note, however, perhaps due to the popularity of the service, the quality has gone down. For now I still recommend NetFlix but downrating to 4 stars. I can continue downrate and may not recommend it at some point.
