According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the earthquake measured 5.9 on the Richter scale hits the Luzon part of the Philippines , Monday, July 25, 2011 at 17:15:44 UTC (Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 01:15:44 AM local time). No damaged report so far but people are worried at the after shocked of earthquake. Philippines experienced the 2nd strong earthquake for the past 24 hrs around the world with magnitude of 5.9 after an earthquake at New Ireland region, Papua New Guinea with magnitude of 6.2. Earthquake also strikes Puerto Rico seven times last July 25, 2011 between 10:30:16 to 11:04:58 UTC.
