Today’s
women has been portrayed as a super women having a lot of confidence and
attitude. She is more liberated and independent Whether it’s her relationship
with her husband, children, her peers, boss. Managing her house to taking care
of her kids to keeping upto her professional commitments and a whole range of
myriad issues, she is nowhere behind the men.

Huge
population of young people working in IT has changed the whole scenario. She
has donned a new avatar now. She has truly evolved into becoming his man’s true
better half. She even discusses the finance and investment with him and is also
actively involved in making her own investments.

A
study of the working married women has been done with Hyderabad
leading the race followed by Bangalore
leaving all the metros behind. Even the current ad commercials truly reflect
her social and occupational roles in today’s world. Those characteristics that
involve strength, leadership and the exercise of power in the outside world
were termed "masculine", whilst those to do with weakness,
submission, vulnerability and personal service were termed
"feminine". But now the definition has changed.

Now
the women is everywhere- be it education, politics, defence, medical. Media.
She is emerging as the new age women taking diverse roles and performing doing
it to the full justice.

The
pendulum has swung the other way having equality on both sides.
