Love one another
We all live our lives governed by rules, ideals of others. How often do we do what we want to? We always try and analyse what the repurcussion would be if we did this or that, what the others would think of us and in doing so we put to sleep our aspirations and desires. This may not be true for all but surely for most. I feel we need to stand for what is right and let that govern or decide what we do based on that. Right and wrong is universal., one persons' right cant be anothers' wrong, if that is so, there is surely some underlying ulterior motives prevalent. But how does one arrive at the knowledge of right and Wrong? Self help books, religious documents, counselling, and introspection on the part of the individual will go a long way in making one come to a realisation of right and wrong. We live in a world we we have to fight for our right to get what we want., in the pursuit of getting what we want, several occasions are such that we become selfish and we trample ethics, and sense of right and wrong underfoot. So one of the first steps we can take in our efforts to tread on the path of righteousness, would be to put Ourselves on the background and keep the others on the Foreground..we need to see our selves and our interests from the others' shoes and perspective. We need to accommodate our fellow human being and in this way, we become exemplary and could expect the same response in return. So by obliging our fellow man, achieve their desires, somewhere down the line we would be also propped up and we could realise our dreams and desires.Let us be considerate to our fellow man, and put others before self and then see how this would augur for a harmonious world, where peace would prevail. No matter how religious, spiritual we are, if we have no love for our fellow man, it would be of no use, we are in this world to love one another, and once we realise and lead a life in that way, thats when our creator would accept us with open arms and hand over the gift of Eternal Life.
