FORGET THE
PAST Many Times we do things in the past about which we are not very happy be it drug or alcohol addiction, be it failure in business or any thing else. But don’t worry we always get an opportunity to learn from our
mistakes.
Don’t get burdened by the past. Whenever we fall we should get up again and get on with
life.
FORGET the past failures, pain, unhappiness etc. and let go of the past.
Don’t think of the past and we should not live in the past. We should get up and live in the
present moment. If we have made any mistakes in the past don’t brood over the same. Get up and try to be a better person.
Once we forget the past suddenly we find that we have more energy and more meaning to life because we are focused on the present and left the past behind.
