Enhancing ones indoors can be challenging yet fun. It’s easy to do so with a few potted plants, one on a windowsill or one in a corner. No doubt indoor plants need almost constant attention, but there are some basic ways in which one can ease into the matter.Initially, one must chose a plant that is really meant to be indoors. Hardy palms, are a good bet, flowering plants are not. All plants need a little sunlight. Hence they need to be rotated weekly between indoors and outdoors. Else the leaves get a lighter colour and look sick when too long indoors or when exposed to sudden direct blaze of sunlight, they wither and fall off.Water, which is at room temperature, is required in different amounts for different plants. Water only enough to thoroughly drench the soil and see that excess drains from the hole that every pot must have.Bunching a few plants together, enhances a room terrifically. Just a little imagination is required to show off your plants and give the right effect to your room. A little gardening each day does wonders for you too. A little bending while clearing weeds, lifting pots from here to there help unwind, de-stress and limber up all at one go. A great conversation starter at all times too!
