Is our Government fighting crime in Jamaica? That is something we will have to live in order to find out. First of all, Government and other high authorities, will have to get a system to fight against crime. Killing is the most important to start with. Murderers in Jamaica seem to not respect or appreciate life. They kill everything that stands in their path. Toddlers, seniors, innocent people... are being murdered continually and for what? If only the Government and those in power could come up with a solution to fight against not just crime itself because breaking in a house is a crime and also robbing a store but the killing aspect of crime needs to be reduced and quickly or else there wont be anyone to vote for the new Prime Minister. Guns need to be taken off the streets. Young men and women need to be in schools and off the streets that promotes violence and easy money by taking the lives of others. Too much blood has shed in this little country, too many people have wept in sorrow for friends and loved ones that were killed by these criminals. Too much is too much. We need to come together as a country and fight for what we believe in. If we as citizens come together and try to make Jamaica what we want it to be, it will become a better country tomorrow.
Crime is causing us as citizens a fortune. We fear our lives everyday and we cannot feel free to walk about in our own country without looking behind to see if someone is after us. Jamaica is but a little country in the Caribbean and we cannot control it. Why don´t the Government send for help from overseas? Why can´t police in the country reduce the amount of killing? Why is there not a more severe punishment for these killers? Why does Jamaica have to be like this? Only God can help our country. It is just living proof that men are failure. The Government, police... have not enough power to change the heart of men. Only God can change Jamaica from what it is, to something we would love it to be. Pray for our country. We want peace and harmony to flow through Jamaica like never before. With God, nothing is impossible.
