Homemade Potstickers with Pork and Leek Recipe Ingredients: 1 lb. ground pork (ground veggi beef for vegetarians),1 stalk of leek,1 green onion,1 ts. sugar½ ts. sesame oil, ¾ tsp. salt,1 tsp. cornstarch, ¼ black pepper, 1-1/2 tbsp. water, 1-1/2 tsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. cooking rice wine Directions:1. Wash the link and green onion, and then cut in pieces. 2. Use food processor to mix all the ingredients above except vegetable oil to make the filling for potstickers3. Use your finger tip to dip the water and then place around the edge of dough wrapper. 4. Place 1/2 tbsp. of the filling in the center of the dough wrapper. 5. Gently fold the dough wrapper and seal 6. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in frying pan for about 1 min 7.Place potstickers on one side and then cook about 2 min. or until potstickers become golden brown 8. Add ¼ cup of water. Cover the pan and cook at medium heat about 2 min. or until water evaporates. Serve hot!
