Wallace and Gromett: Movie Review
This movie is rated G. I think it should have been rated PG. Only because some of the scenes in the movie were a little scary for the children. For the adults it was fine but as for the movie in itself, it was really a cute movie for older children who will enjoy the movie. For children under the age of 7 should not really be watching this kind of film. It was frightening to see what Wallace turned into at the end of the movie because it showed the entire scene from Wallace to what he turns into. Overall of the movie itself, it really was not half bad. It was a cute story about a guy named Wallace and his dog named Gromett who are detectives in searching for a huge rabbit that kept on stealing all the vegetables out of the communities gardens. In which there was a contest who kept thier vegetables looking really great. But to the rabbit, it was time to eat. And an experiment that Wallace will regret doing after thinking that little bunnies are the fault of the gardens. But it really gave a new twist as a dog detective to establish who the culprit was. Although dogs do have a sense of smell and Gromett in this case was more than a watch dog and a friend to Wallace. Gromett was a great dog detective which will give the audience a good sense of liking to animals and to respect animals a little better. Wallace and Gromett to me I thought, was a cute, weird, funny and odd type of movie. But I did enjoy the movie and thought differently about the rating. As to a five star rating, I would give this movie 3 1/2 stars. But that is just my opinion. For children it is something that they will enjoy and have a good laugh at.
