To everyone `s surprise, it is proved beyond doubt," mimicking" is an art.Anyone who is interested can follow a scientific approach and learn it,by sheer practice.
Against all odds,one indivvidual in Tamilnadu, Mr.Damodharan,very popularly known as Dhamu,a comedian in Tamil cinema,has mastered this atrt.Though,from his childhood he was interested, he could start practicing it only from his college days.
Wherever he goes,he attracts the attention of everyone irrespective of age,in his Mimicry stage performances.He has mastered this art in his own style.He has started gaining popularity among the public.
He very easily mimics any sound or voice which is so natural one can not doubt the originality.
He has made an indepth study of mimicry,brought to surface so many facts,and emphatically proved to everyone that,any one having the inclination can achieve, and age is not at all a constraint.What is required is the basic aptidude to observe sound and one who shows interest can master mimicking,like him.
For the benefit of people he has opened a Training school,to teach the nuances, which in his early days,he could not learn from many,who rather discouraged him.He teaches various techniques in his school,at various levels ranging from 1 to 5.
He has authored various books on this subject, but they are yet to go to print.
