Unemployment problem:
Unemployment problem cannot be solved by blocking the entry of foreign nations who comes to USA
for employment. Government should plan planned growth not only in America but also in the globe and induce their citizens to go abroad in search of good jobs as well as starting industries.
Some of the suggestions are given below in lay man language:
1.If there is shortage of manpower in most skilled jobs like space research, IT etc, allow outsiders to come and help USA. When they are here, US companies should make a policy to get Americans trained in the said skill by working with them so that they can replace them slowly. This will help growth without compromise to quality. If any country is adament in restricting the entry of outsiders, then it has to lose so many global contracts for a small loss. This should be avoided. Quality education should be given in the much demanded spheres of employment.
2.Banks should be encouraged to give loans to US citizens for joining as partners/ majority or controlling interest group in foreign countries so that entreprenur skills of americans are increased. This will help to reduce unemployment as these promoted companies by Americans in overseas can give employment for their own countrymen for some posts. But banks should have good advisors to advise bank as well as customer for this purpose so that he will not fail. Advisors of foreign countries can be taken on retainer basis for all banks to give advice regarding the financial status of the companies where Americans wants to promote.
3.Read my first articel ' I love America' wherein I have suggested American Govt not to put its legs strong on problem areas like Afghanisthan and Iraq where lot of problems are there and drainage of money and men are visible. Better to prop up Russia so that americans can live and work anywhre in the world and happy thus not putting pressure on employment in USA.
4.Savings habits should be developed among American children. It will create some cushion for growth and money for planning and lending.
5. Employment at very base level can be left to foreigners if their services are cheap so that Americans can do middle and top level positions thus improving standards of living. If need be, they should not hesitate to do even base level works also till unemployment disappears.
6.American monetory policy should be aimed to increase national wealth rather than just spending the money printed without any production. This is very important economic policy . Inflation and unemployment can be controlled only when national domestic product increases. So any grant or subsidy to citizens just to spend without any productive process in national interest will land any country in trouble. So freefies, subsidies should be discouraged.
7. Honest persons who repay loan timely should get more loans and this should be advertised properly so that tendency among loan getting people to avoid repayment will decrease. The person defaulting any loans should not be given any further loans and proper credit agency for individuals/firms/company should work in this respect.
