The Bible revolves around the central character of Jesus Christ. In Genesis itself God tells about the seed of the woman that will destroy Satan i.e. the devil. In David’s descendant’s he is the coming king. The prophets also say of a suffering king. The suffering mentioned is the suffering on the cross for the sins of the entire world. Romans says that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of the Lord. All mankind has sinned and has separated from God. But God gives a message in the book of John about his love to reconcile with man because of his love for man. The book of John says that God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son Jesus Christ that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. He came down as a man and was called Jesus. He was God himself manifesting in flesh.He came to die for the sins of the whole world. Matthew says he came to save his peoplefrom their sins. Whosoever is ready for believe that Jesus Christ died for his sins and confess from his mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord will be saved. There is eternal life only in Jesus.
