KOMODO ISLANDS in INDONESIA, is the NEW 7 WONDERS of The World


UNESCO declare Komodo Islands in Indonesia as NEW 7 WONDERS of The World. The island located in west of Indonesia exactly in the Nusa Tenggara Islands. Komodo island is one of the nature tourist attractions that had a beauty of this exotic nature. In Komodo we could be met the original habitat of the Komodo that at this time the existence was rare and must be protected. In this islands was gotten the Komodo national park region, that was managed by the central government for maintained the conservation.

Komodo Island is one of the 17,508 islands that make up the Republic of Indonesia. The island has a surface area of 390 km² and over 2000 inhabitants. Komodo island is particularly notable as the natural habitat of Komodo dragon

The shape of is similar to a lizard, with four big fat legs and tail are also a big fat long, large head and strong, has a pair of shining eyes, her skin was hard, thick and wiry. Having kelambir wrinkled skin under her neck. The Komodo Dragon as 26 sharp teeth, each measuring 4 cm, has a forked tongue is bright red.
