Tuscany

Article Review   by:SM THOMPSON

My American Publishers have now got a chatline and this time our C:E:O: advocates selling our books and taking them to Tuscany. So guess what, a travel brochure arrived through the letterbox titled: Gateways to Europe
and the pics are so inviting I spent my breakfast time browsing over the handouts.

Explore the Tuscan countryside with its historic cities and quaint villages and visit the Mediterrarean Island of Elba.
See: Florence, Pisa and the Isle of Elba - Treasures of Tuscany ....... great value. Would that I could as I would be off like a shot.

The Holiday Itinerary is as close to perfection as you will get so,

Day 1: Local departure by coach then onwards overnight towards Italy:
Day 2: Afternoon arrival at our hotel in Tuscany for a 5 night stay:
Day 3:
Lucca and Pisa: Excursion to the beautiful walled town of Lucca famous for its quaint narrow lanes and lovely piazzas.
Day 4:
Elba:
Excursion to the magical Med Isle of Elba: Heading to Piombino for the ferry crossing .... enjoy island life and
breath taking scenery:
Day: 5: Florence
Renaissance City - see the Ponte Vecchio ... follow your guide on a walking tour:
Day : 6
Cinque Terre
Literally means: 5 lands:
Day: 7;

Free time before departure and now you have completed the circuit and following the Holiday Itinerary and
managed to see and experience the Treasures of Tuscany:

Wouldnt it be lovely to have your own pad in tow with the team and keep up the writing job to supplement
the pay then there would be no complaints about how to go about it or facing the future of that dreaded old age obsession the UK admits to at the moment ... with the money you could do anything you like and will keep posting the outcome!
So we need no longer fear the future and the need to work it out in bits and pieces is perhaps a better approach
than an overall plan which last year was doomed to failure ..... a little of what you fancy does you good!
