It''s been a while since I''ve gone anywhere on holiday. There was the day or two excursion that I go to every once in a while just to blow off some steam. But what i really need is a proper holiday. A nice week somewhere by the beach with nothing to worry about.
Choosing a holiday destination has always been a problem for me. I can never find the right place to go. My partner prefers the beach and I prefer to visit places with more cultural attractions. Once we decide where we want to go for our holiday, we have to decide how we''re going to go there.

Some of these attractions aren''t featured on the regular tours but would be a very nice place o visit. I''ve found many of these attractions just by surfing the internet.
One of the best hotel reservation sites that i frequently use is agoda.com. Similar to most other sites, agoda.com provides hotel reservation services to a large number of hotels worldwide. Agoda.com claims that it provides hotel reservation services to over 30,000 hotels world wide.
The reason why I like to use agoda.com is that they have a rewards program. Every time you book hotel accommodation through agoda.com, they give you a reward which is usually a percentage of the room rate that you are paying. The percentage varies from 5% to 7%. This reward can be used to redeem accommodation packages at any of the hotels in which agoda.com promotes.
Comments about the websiteThe website is quite simple to navigate and user friendly. You can immediately search for hotel accommodation on the main page. Once agoda.com returns the results of your search, you can then proceed to selecting the hotel in which you would like to stay. The results page also shows you how much are the rates and how much are the rewards that you will earn by booking the accommodation.
The only negative factor that i found when using agoda.com is that it does not provide photos of the hotels it promotes. I like to see these photos just to know what the hotel looks like, especially the rooms and the views.
Overall, I find this site quite useful and I have used the services time and time again. I have yet to redeem my rewards as I''m saving them for a special occassion.
