Allah Most High., For example, said:

 وكان حقا علينا نصر المؤمنين 
We are always obliged to help the believers. (Surat ar-Rum [30]: 47).

If you help (religion) Allah, He will help you. (Surah Muhammad [47]: 7).

Allah has promised those who believe and do good devout among you, that He really will make their power in the earth, as He has made the people before they came to power, and will establish for them the religion He has blessed for them. (Surat an-Nur [24]: 55).

In the as-Sunnah, we will also encounter a lot of promise. Prophet., Among others, have said:

«ليبلغن هذا الأمر ما بلغ الليل والنهار ولا يترك الله بيت مدر ولا وبر إلا أدخله الله هذا الدين»
Indeed, this affair (Islamic preaching) would be to (the whole of nature) as the arrival day and night. God will not let a single house, either in the middle of the town and in the middle of the village population, but this religion enter into it. (Reported by Ahmad).

Understanding of the texts above and the like actually going to eliminate the frustration.
Fifth, understand that overcoming the frustration is a method to arrive at a solution, and that hope / relief forever will come after the arrival of various difficulties. This is in accordance with the word of Allah Most High.:
 حتى إذا استيئس الرسل وظنوا أنهم قد كذبوا جاءهم نصرنا 
Until when the apostles did not have expectations anymore (about their faith) and have believed that they had didustakan, Our help came to them. (Surah Yusuf [12]: 110).

Sixth, to understand that the events that outwardly is often a good real bad. Allah Most High. said:
 فعسى أن تكرهوا شيئا ويجعل الله فيه خيرا كثيرا 
Maybe you do not like something, but God made him that much good. (Surat an-Nisa '[4]: 19).

In the event Hijrah, the Prophet. carry out physical causes. He along with his friend, Abu Bakr, hiding in caves Tsur, then both go to continue the journey. Then Suraqah caught up with both of them to approach them. People who read current events, who lived his life and dizziness, then a direct crossed her mind is that the danger it would happen. Shock and concern about the safety of the Prophet. also happened to Abu Bakr. The Prophet peace be upon him, he looked at the incident by the light of the Divine. Suddenly, the legs Suraqah horse stumbled, and the Prophet. indeed pray so. This event was originally seen as a bad event, but changed to cause relief to the Prophet. and his best friend.
People who are optimistic are those who in the midst of those events looking for good news. They are not the people who mastered a sense of frustration and weakness. When we turn on the optimistic spirit, then the events that confront us we should be treated equally. True, we live in the wild delusion (expectations), and we do not forget the dangers that may arise. However, if we want a total change (taghyîr), then we should look for the aspects and crevices from which we may be contrary to the direction of change in total up until the goal is what we mean.
Here we want to give one example. When Imam Ahmad ra. taken to be whipped in the events that befall slander him, and he put in jail along with the thief and mugger street, one of them stopped him and said, "Do you know me?" He replied, "No." Then the man told him of theft and robbery which he often did. He then said, "I have been flogged so many times in a number of cases of theft, and it does not make me give up for stealing. As for you, you are whipped for the truth. Therefore, you are more mainstream than I am to remain firm on the truth."

Seventh, take a lesson from history. When we read history, we will find that way out it always comes after the narrowness and distress. In the Prophet's Sira. There are many examples
