Corruption in Indonesia Worst of the World

(Valuable Lesson from Colombia)

Arrest of suspects alleged corruption, Wisma SEA Games athletes, Muhammad Nazaruddin become a major topic of media coverage in Indonesia in recent days. Many things should be appreciated in this arrest. In addition we must thank the police and Interpol Colombia, a special appreciation for the parties in the country who have the commitment and desire to complete the case that shook the political world and disrupt the country should also be given.

The arrest and subsequent handling of the pattern of the Colombian police also should be a lesson and discussion materials in this corrupt country nest. If we want to at least eliminate or reduce corruption in our nation, maybe it's time we take a lot of lessons from the arrest of a former treasurer of the Democrats.

Do not stop there, in a press conference in Bogota, Tuesday (9 / 8) local time headed the Judicial Police Chief
Colombian General Carlos Mena, Nazaruddin participate shown as a fugitive was caught after all this time. Seeing Nazaruddin photographed against a background of measuring height, I so remember a few movies I've ever seen about the perpetrators of crimes when they were interrogated. Seeing all this, did not look that Nazaruddin is a former winner of the election of party officials. Also did not appear that
Nazaruddin until today still a member of the House of Representatives as Chairman of the statement BK DPR M Prakosa in Compass. Roughly speaking, Nazaruddin really humiliated as a suspect and fugitive.

Well, the handling model include the follow up after the arrest Nazaruddin this is what I think a valuable lesson that should be learned. In addition to being a strong motivation and a reason to hunt other fugitives abroad, it also should be emulated law enforcement officials, including the KPK. When did the arrest of criminals they must also be handcuffed. After the arrest of the suspects also be presented in a press conference while handcuffed. Similarly, when the examination process in the police, prosecutors or courts, the corrupt should be handcuffed and wearing prison clothes (even better if there are corrupt special clothes).

I remember when in one political observer training in Makassar Effendy Ghazali mentioned the corruption in this country. According to him, as long as these criminals when arrested did not look embarrassed. Those with lightly street without covering her face. According to him, a great shame it psk raid that netted authorities. They cry, crying and covering her face.

So we just choose whether lessons from Colombia will we apply it in Indonesia or not. But I strongly believe that if nothing changes and special firmness for corruption of this country still will be heaven corruptor. And after the thief the money of the country undergoing the legal process one or two years, confident and believes he will remain a highly respected public figures around his property because of corruption still abound. It is memiriskan and still be embarrassing us in the country that will soon celebrate the anniversary of independence to 66 years old, very old age for its citizens torn apart and pushed around by the shameless. Freedom !!!!!!
