New Yorker Cartoons

Personal Experience Summary   by:SM THOMPSON
ª

Find us some clients who think long and have short memories .. reads the caption on the New Yorker blogged from the USA this morning. This line runs under a cartoon with a rather tall balding man with a magic marker in his hand standing beside a white board and talking with his group of shall we say, "executives" as he instructs them in his personal and professional philosophy. It reminds me of days in front of the board instructing our students from Austria at the College around the corner in Southampton which alas! is no longer with us as its been knocked down, demolished for a block of tacky flats that sprawl all over the tree lined avenue of eternal beauty. However, its good to recall the past and who better to point the finger than the New Yorker .. great stuff!
