Euro Sport Euro Referees football fever or mania "kicks off" with another trite story on the life and times of England Footballer David Becham who was born in Leytonstone so its back home to the East End for David Beckham. The reason I penned poetry was on request and by invitation and it was an afterthought of my solicitors that perhaps my mentors would like to pay me a small fee but I digress, since Becks is always going to demand free charity work and no big money at the end of all my writing - besides didnt Carol Ann Duffy get the job of Poet Laureate anyway and I see she penned a poem in the English Newspapers about Beckham and his latest football injury described a) as an injured achilles tendon but Carol Ann Duffy correctly in my view put in the word "heel" which absolutely sums up the whole case of Becks! However, this latest blog suggests that Becks - abbreviation for Beckham - has weathered many a storm and has made a career out of rehab and getting better, to fully recover from the injuries Becks sustains in football worldwide.
