I rarely watch sports,
but I watched the World Cup final game. I never knew soccer could be so
exciting. Being someone who loves to exercise and stay strong, I deeply admire
the athletic talent, intelligence, work ethic and determination of these women.
Wambach, Solo, Morgan, Rapinoe and the other women were totally awesome. Their
passion is uplifting. I will definitely be cheering for the women's soccer team
in the 2012 Olympics and the next World Cup.
Alex Morgan and
Hope Solo ditch their soccer gear for dresses as they hit the red carpet. Since returning to the states, the U.S. women's team hasn’t had
much time to feel down about losing the World Cup final to Japan on penalties.
For example, Hope Solo and Alex Morgan, the two members of the team most likely
to appear on "Entourage," were at the show's final season premiere in
New York on Tuesday and ... yeah, that's about it.
But the benefits of
finally get the country to recognize their hard work and talents extend beyond
getting to rub elbows with Turtle and Matt Dillon's brother. Solo and Abby
Wambach also appeared on "The Late Show with David Letterman", and
Wambach's homecoming match in WPS is expected to have the second-highest
attendance in the league's brief history.
They played well, but
came up short due to missed chances the 1st half. They'll win the Olympics for
sure. BTW, Hope and Alex are the hottest girls on the team. Those two are the
hottest soccer athletes in the world... na, hottest athletes in the world.
