The article that I will write is about City Ordinance,I choose this because I had a friend who became imprison due to that case. His job was barking at Cubao Quezon City, but since this City ordinance passed by the law , his life become miserable. He was no educational attainment that he could be proud of, only the humbleness of his heart and being humility of his actions.
Until One night He was caught by those policeman and put him in jail. He was nothing to call but only his fellow friend because his parent and relatives are in the province during that time. And I am one of his friend, while in the police station, I keep asking those superior about his case that why he need to be imprisoned? They said that it was a City Ordinance. I was shocked because my friend was only barking that time, meaning, barking is against the law since it is a legal job that I thought?
My friend need money to fine or bail himself, I lend him some and my other friends gave too. What a City Ordinance is that? How Crazy? No body can answer my question that Why that City Ordinance become Imprisoned? why there is no warning? first offense? second until third offense? because you did not harm anyone or anybody, your just doing things that you think that could help to drive your hunger. Maybe those who are in the position could not think what I am writing write now, but i am also pretty sure that those who are poorest of the poorest and doing nothing wrong will understand me this way.
