Humans have the potential to fundamentally different. Each individual has always had its own way, both in learning something or even get the job done. In any large organization, there is always the human resources division, or commonly referred to as HRD. The division has the task to determine the suitability of each individual to work under its authority. What are the duties HRD?

HRD tasks will have an impact on increasing the profit share of a company. To that end, the task of this division one of them is doing the selection and placement of workers in a company. For those of you who are or were at this stage there may be a little better if you know what they are prepared for you.

HRD tasks to View Each Individual Differences

As I said before, that every man has his own character to do the job. While the organization where you work is always hope that the existing workforce with them competently for a variety of jobs. It is also known as differentiation.

As an example to explain the differentiation, let's look at the needs of a garment company.

1. Buyers of textile materials
2. Measuring and cutting material loss
3. Tailor pieces
4. Ready-made clothier
5. Sales manager and finance income

In the illustration above, you can see how the HRD task to categorize the work for each individual. The difference was also indicated that:

1. One can not do all kinds of work.
2. The ability of people to group similar work was different
3. Scale starting from the ability of each person is capable of all underprivileged.
