Work Ethic Dismantle Myths

Article Summary   by:xsuck91

Many people assume wrong about the work ethic. They believe that one's fate is determined by the presence of these factors. Indeed, he became one of the important aspects in the work of someone, but not the only causes that determine a person's level of welfare.

Work ethic too often blamed as the cause of a poor work or no leverage. In some cases, this assumption may be justified, but not always entirely the case. Bad work, not quality, and not the maximum, can result from deliberate in order to gain certain advantages.

Work ethic and Service Bureaucrats

It's no secret, many citizens who recently complained about bureaucratic ethos in delivering public services. This complaint related to the slow service and long-winded, bureaucratic procedures convoluted, until formal charges are common.

The shortcut is to pay a sum of money to be the only way the public to get fast service, and without going through a complicated procedure. Some sociologists reject the work ethic of bureaucratic reasons as a barrier in providing good service to the community.

Why is that? The problem lies more in the mindset of bureaucrats who make the temporary position as an extension of the means of production. As a means of production, the post should be making money. To be able to make money, every public service should be a convoluted and long.

If you want to get out of it and the problem could be privileged, provided a shortcut. But not for free, people have to pay some money. The money is not going to the State treasury, but into the pockets of bureaucrats concerned. In the concept of public accountability and transparency, the quality of public services is an indicator or measure of corruption in the bureaucracy.
The better the quality of public services provided, the less the occurrence of acts of corruption in the bureaucracy. Vice versa, the worse the quality of public services, the greater the occurrence of acts of corruption in the bureaucracy. Thus, the poor quality of public services, not just the work ethic affairs. But worse is that so bad mindset point of view of bureaucrats in delivering public services.

Simplify this problem as a lack of work ethic, was tantamount to simplify the problem becomes personal. Though this issue is not a question of personal capacity, but an act of institutionalized fraud.

This includes the issue of institutionalized cheating then the solution is not at training on procedures for the provision of good public service or education that is intended to increase the capacity of individual bureaucrats.

They already know and realize the problem, even they actually have that ability. But the problem is because they do not want to do it. They do not want to give a quick public service or good quality, because it would reduce its earnings.
